Bringing a therapeutic dimension to my musical practice.
Music has always been a part of my life. Growing up in a musical family, I was fortunate to learn to play the piano from a young age. Later, I learned to sing and developed my vocal technique. During my studies in performing arts and theatre in Paris, I explored vocal work. After qualifying as a primary school teacher, I was able to see first-hand the positive impact of sound, singing and music on children.
Sound became an even more important part of my life when my children were born, through prenatal singing: creating a musical bond with your baby, accompanying your baby and drawing on the power of sound during childbirth. I then deepened this exploration through training with the French Association for Prenatal Singing and through psychophony workshops for children and adults. Music is, for me, the thread that runs through a deeper reflection. What if I could bring a therapeutic dimension to my musical practice?
Vibrational medicine to find harmony within.
Having answered yes to my question, I trained in sound therapy with François-Marie Dru and learned the techniques of classical and energetic tuning forks developed by Fabien Maman, the founding father of vibrational medicine.
Now, through these different techniques, I feel ready to offer a sense of well-being, so that everyone can listen to their inner music, allowing their cells, body and soul to vibrate at their true pitch; to tune or retune themselves and feel in harmony with themselves and with others.
